Is the driver accountable if his tires swept an object off the street & the object hit another vehicle?

One of our truck drivers was driving and his tires swept up an object from the street and the object flew off the tires and hit/damaged a parked vehicle. Are we held accountable for this?Is the driver accountable if his tires swept an object off the street %26amp; the object hit another vehicle?
No. Impossible to prove. Not only that, but it is not part of your vehicle.

The vehicles have to touch one another for any definite payment to ensue.

If a driver rear-ends another car, causing that one to hit one more car, the driver does not have to pay for damage to the third car.Is the driver accountable if his tires swept an object off the street %26amp; the object hit another vehicle?
most likley not it depends on the object. a stone...it would be an act of god not your fault the stone was there. but if it was some sort of debris and it was from your truck it would be your fault if it wasn't from your truck it's not your fault just talk to the owner of the parked car and explain what happened. it sounds like you will not be held accountable for it.
It depends on the object and where it incident occurs. If it was something the driver should have seen and avoided, chances of liability are higher than if it was a smaller object.
No..
