How to charge an object negatively using a negative object?

And also...explain how you can charge an object negatively using a positive object?How to charge an object negatively using a negative object?
Easy.

When you place the negative object near the neutral one the charges will shift in the neutral one.

like so:

object.....negative charged object

[-+-+-+] [----]

[---+++][---]

same with a positive charged object

[-+-+-+] [++++]

[+++---][++++]

[+++---] [++++]

object is now polarised.

[+++---]

This is how rubbing a balloon then placing it against a wall causes it to stick.How to charge an object negatively using a negative object?
just if you put in front of a neutral object (A) a negative object (B) then there will be separation of charges and arrangement in (A) in such a way that positive charges will accumulate on the side facing (B) and negative charges on opposite side of (A).keep in your mind that (A) will not be totally negative,it will be polarized.

in the same manner,place in front of a neutral object (A) a positive object (B) then the negative charges will accumulate on the side of (A) facing (B).....
