How do take a photo of a moving object ?

I want to take pictures of my dog running outside, but they come out blurry.


What settings should I change ?How do take a photo of a moving object ?
Assuming you have a Point and Shoot camera.


Set the setting to Sports Mode.


Follow your dog, click the shoot button half way to get it focus, and then shoot.


Most Point and Shoot won't come out good for fast moving photos.


You need a DSLR camera like the pros.How do take a photo of a moving object ?

is the lens dented at all ?


i had this problem.


but it was like, extreme blurr.


you probably need a new camera.

maybe youre moving your hand too much when you take the picture and its causing it to be blurry





also, you might have finger prints on your lens, take a cloth like the one to clean glasses and clean the lens with that

instead of buying the new ones connect it to your computer and then set all the camera settings higher than usual but if that does not work wipe the lens and run a initial setup or you can plug it into your computer and then format it

See if that's explained in the handbook. Usually to set the focus, you half-push the shutter while aiming at your subject, release it and then take the picture. There may be an Autofocus setting or an averaging setting. Your camera may be set on macro, or closeup. If none of this helps the camera shop will help you get it repaired or replaced.

Call Casio if it's under warranty.


Set it to automatic mode and see if it's still blurry.


Clean the lens with lens cleaner like a microfiber or similar.


Even Q-tips is fine.





If they all don't work, buy another one and return this one to Best Buy.
Fastest shutter speed.





Since you did not tell us which camera, we can't tell you how your camera might control that... but it will be in your camera's manual.
dont they have special camera for that?
